Went to buy a submariner (as I was at the the time) but couldn’t source one so managed to find one of these back in 97 - best watch decision I ever made. Still going well and looks immaculate after it’s recent first service.

What are the dimensions of your cut outs?
I just cut mine today. It was pretty easy. I used toothpicks to mark the cutouts.I paused the video and counted the space between the watches and the box edges so that I could keep the spaces mostly even. Front and back edges are a width of one block. The left and right sides are two blocks. This leaves a row of three blocks horizontally and two vertically in the middle of the box and between the watches. The piece that gets removed and used as a watch pillow is 4 x 7 blocks. @@robbielauderdale4143 thank you. I believe my dimensions are similar, but I did a terrible job cutting out the foam. Just ordered a new foam insert.
@@panerainy Excellent. I hope out worked out the second time around. Thankfully the replacement foam isn't super expensive. Also, I was wrong about the pillow size. I meant to say 4 x 7, not 2 x 7.

Could you PLEASE help me...I have just managed to find and buy the rally strap for an important amount of money but it has a terrible play around the spring bars and even rolls over when put on the wrist. What kind of spring bars did you use? Thicker, curved? Any info would be great. Thanks a lot

I have this watch! I stare at it all the time. So attractive! I purchased during the summer of 2007. I replaced the strap once due to wear. I have a Rolex Sea-Dweller and Yacht Master that don’t get as much wrist time as this Master Compressor Geographic. I look at it all the time. So attractive! Did I say that already?
A true classic Omega now in 2019 with a big cult following, and going up in value every year , grab a minty one while you still can. So sexy it should be illegal

All Sinn PVD watches are tegimented first, before the PVD treatment.

Original Doxa watches are the best, the new fake doxa watches are junk. I know, I own one of each. I bought a Doxa Army in the late 70"s and I'm still wearing it and believe me it has gone through rough times. I own a new Doxa T-graph 600 and the threads on the crown stripped in only a couple of years of use. Never happened with the original. Don't waste your money on the new junk.
johnabuick: Not sure what issues you are having with your watches, but I purchased a Shark Hunter in late 2006 and it has been beaten around pretty good. Still runs great, but the bezel moves a bit too freely. I then purchased a Professional T1000 a couple of years later, and It looks and runs like new.
How hefty is it in terms of weight? Is it similar in weight to the IWC big Pilot?
Do you think this will fit a lock pick gun and pick tools?

What is the strap?
the 2892-A2 movement was developed originally by IWC and is superb. However, you can find it in many cheaper watch like the Hamilton intramatic dress watch for $500 the 2892-A2 is a far superior movement to the 2824, which is good but in ETA/IWC development is like comparing a Ford with a Merc
What's the reliability of Sinn watches? Kinda a pain to spend it to Germany in the event of a problem. Nice looking timepieces though.
I've owned several and they've all kept excellent time! Tremendous value for the price.
